“It’s not simply that more successful people are embracing the power of gratitude because of their success; rather, our success is facilitated by our ability to appreciate our life and those who are in it, both on a personal and professional level.

The documentary features business people, motivational speakers and international authors who have experienced – both personally and secondhand – the transformative power of gratitude .

Vermeeren says some of the basis in practicing appreciation has been established in the law of attraction, which centers on the idea that “like attracts like” both in positive and negative thoughts. But there are significant gratitude concepts that remain unexplored, he says.

“Most understand appreciation for, such as for one’s family, health, economic stability/success and more, but the other side is in giving thanks in, which can mean finding gratitude within situations that may be negative,” Vermeeren says. “After all, good things not only come from positive experiences, they often are born from difficult circumstances.”

No matter what situation we are in or what worries we face, we can always be grateful that we are alive on this beautiful planet; there is a world of possibilities open to whatever attitude we bring to it, he says.

“Gratitude can help us fully rejoice in the blessings in our lives, and it can help us overcome any hardship,” Vermeeren says. “There is a world of possibilities open to whatever attitude we bring to it.”
